Trust me, I read the sidebar already. Based on the knowledge here it'd be to become a MGTOW, but I'm still young and I do desire women, so that's off the books.

The comments here aren't really helping. I want to open up and connect with other conventional people, and I'm wondering how you guys do so (considering how TRP is so unconventional of a mindset).

Yeah, I tried to view them as potential friends and I tried to connect with them -- but they think so unlike me it's hard to connect with them... yknow?

Read the sidebar. Again, if you claim to already have read it. Because you don't seem to understand it yet.

You're not special. I'm not special. Nobody here isn't special.

< I always fell into the leadership positions because I was unafraid in expressing my own "uniqueness".

That was the special part that gave me the tingles. So brave.

/iamverysmart is leaking again. Who's turn is it to fix it this time?

[–]BUVYX7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

For me, I always resonated with innovators and creators. People that absorb the knowledge and information around them like a sponge, understand that information, and is able synthesize and apply it in new ways to the world. Instead of living a life of homogeneity, they spread their uniqueness upon humanity.

Dude. C'mon. What is this crap? Sidebar ASAP.

This reads like a new age yoga-teaching hipsters trying to write a speech for a business board room, with all the cliche catch phrases. Surprised I didn't see "paradigm" or "synergy" in there.

[–]AllKindsOfPills0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't forget "agile," "lean," and "sigma." I feel like I went to a business meeting I didn't need to attend.

You've established that most people are beneath your standards. Most people aren't going to change, so either change your standards, or get used to the vast majority of people being useless to you.

I'm not sure if my insecurity is in being alone. I actually enjoy being alone -- it's when I am most productive, it's when I can work on being the best man I can be.

There's contradiction here. If you were truly happy being alone, you wouldn't be asking how to have more human connections. And this is a waste of a post because talking about your personal, intellectual issues is not a valid thread on this sub. There's got to be some overlap between you and the rest of the community, else the community doesn't benefit.

So how is that you guys connect with people that share such a completely different mindset to us?

Bluepillers? We don't, really. They don't like us. We're the guys who pump and dump their Unicorns. This generally makes them mad and bitter.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

The overlap is this. TRP is very unconventional (most people do not understand/believe/acknowledge it). After absorbing TRP, how do you socialize with people that don't think the same wavelength as us?

The only advice I can give you is to stop judging men before you get their true measure. Statistically speaking, he's probably less intelligent and BP as fuck.

But until this is displayed, treat him like a man. This is one of the deepest wounds society has done unto itself - men no longer treat each other as they should. Lead by example. Judge the weak, but give every man a fair shake to demonstrate his caliber. Otherwise, you're behaving like a boy, not a man.

First time poster on here. From what I understand, if you think someone's a loser, get rid of them from your life. If they have no value to you, they're a waste of your time. Don't give people second chances if you've already have given them your attention once. Just move on, find new people, and if they "connect" and are positive influences in your life, then keep them there. Otherwise, who cares?

Thing is, I have really high standards to begin with. If I adamantly stuck to that rule and never gave anyone a chance, I will have virtually NO friends (although the few that I currently have are very loyal).

I want to expand my social circle.

Hey man, i'm asian too. I remember feeling similar thoughts so I understand what you're saying.

Here's the deal. Its great you want to be a creator, innovator, etc. keep that up. The problem is that something about you is preventing you from meeting other like-minded people. There are tons of smart, ambitious people.

I think what's holding you back from meeting such people or such people spotting you out: #1 You expect loyalty before giving. If a person is satisfied and already has lots of friends, they're not going to go out of their way to make new friends from complete strangers. You don't have that luxury, so you need to pay your dues. If you want to make new friends you got to put in value first, before expecting anythingin return.

I used to be called same thing, intimidating, lone wolf. I was the leader, etc. i used to be proud of this. Only later I realized although it showed some positive traits, it was a reflection of one negative trait, which was decreased ability to get people to like me. This is really important in life. I found I was always the best in the group. And I realized its because my negative attitude was driving away the best people. Ideally you want to be in a group where youre the dumbest or least successful. To do this always Be humble, give value first.

2: You're underachieving currently in your life. If youre in the ghetto, youre not going to find the people who you want to meet. If you're at Harvard or some shit, you'll probably find a lot of smart people. So work your way up in the world and you'll probably find like-minded people. Again, youre going to need patience and pay your dues. You might be alone for 6 months grinding it out before you move up and cool people pop up out of nowhere.

Anyway, PM me if you want to talk about this anymore.

What a special snowflake. Tell us more about your uniqueness.

[–]norstar11 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sexual oppression? Dude, you'd be hard pressed to find a place in the world where guys can't fuck a chick if they're motivated enough. Choosing to wait to fuck isn't bad in and of itself. If it stems from some whorish harpies using tactics to control where your dick should be, then you should show concern.

Look at how dumb, un motivated and short sighted the average person is. Then realise 50% are even worse.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes, so how do you connect with people like them (sometimes it's necessary/inevitable to in the workplace)?

Do you feel alone knowing that so many people are like that and won't ever understand us?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Someone very smart once said that 99% of what people say stems from their own insecurities. Re read your post and see if that holds up
