The goal should not be to find "quality women", regardless of whether you think they exist or not. Right there you are putting the whole thing in the woman's control. Take control yourself, don't approach it that way.

Your goal (if you want a LTR) should be to have a successful LTR. PArt of this will be finding a girl with whom such a relationship is even feasible, but the majority of it will be how you behave in your relationship and what standards you set from the start.

Spoiler: If your frame of mind is that you found the exception to the rule, you have lost already.

The only "good" women out there are the ones that are with a good, strong man who can give them the consistent, proper direction and guidance in life that women constantly need to keep them walking straight. I don't know about you fellas but I don't see a lot of strong willed, single, got their head on completely straight, happy Lara Croft's running around here. Majority if not all women need some sort of man in their life to give them the proper direction they need to help function.

Do the following things:

Get fat.
Don't improve yourself
Whine, a lot, about everything
Start baby-talking everything with her
Say she is the only thing you need on your life, say "I LUB YU HONEYBUNNY, U SO CUTEY CUTEY"
Say that "she doesn't understand you" while crying when you get a fight, btw, start fights a lot when she doesn't do things like the way you expected.

Meanwhile, during your month-long courtship, I'll have gamed her up while she was out celebrating her recent top marks on an exam, made out in the parking lot, fucked her senseless on her coffee table and again in bed the next morning.
