Many of the women we see here recognize that they have wasted their prime years. They are utterly desperate and will say anything to gain security.

In order to do this they must re-brand themselves as the opposite of who they really are, or were in the past.

In business, politics and the media, this has several names: controlling the narrative, getting out in front/ahead of the message, spin, damage control, and re-branding to name a few.

On social media, we see women attempting to create an image of themselves that is often the opposite of reality.

Online Dating is no different.

Below we have an excellent example of a standard off-the-shelf Female OLD profile template (sprinkled in with some white knight bait and a bit of shaming for effect).

I'm a single mom of 3 amazing kids.

I am not your typical vapid slut. I want to be seen as a victim/saint/martyr. Tapping into your family/protective instincts.

I work hard.

I am not your typical lazy slut. I want sympathy and don't want to be seen as a gold digger (edit: spelling). Allaying your fears of a gold digger and tapping your empathy.

Pretty laid back

I am not your typical bitchy slut. I want you to think I can relax sometimes. Tapping your need for a tranquil home.

Rather go to dinner and a movie.

I am not your typical party slut. I want you to believe I am down to earth and monogamous. Tapping into your desire for faithful girlfriend material.

I don't need ONS

I am not your typical easy slut. (Typical Anti-Slut Defense) I want you to expend effort to get me. Tapping into oneitis fantasy.

Looking for something real.

I am not your typical casually promiscuous slut. I want you to see me as long-term. Tapping into your "happily ever after" fantasy in order to get to your resources.

I want a man not a boy.

I am not your typical non-judgmental slut. I want to shame you. Tapping into the "man up" Blue Pill masculinity trope.

If you don't have a job...

I am not a cheap slut. I need a man with income. Tapping into your provider instinct.

...a mom first

I am not your typical young carefree slut. I am a mature, upstanding, family oriented woman. Tapping into your need for trust, loyalty, and security

Remember: There would be no reason for her to say any of these things if they were not true at some point in her past.
