Another example of how women rate most men below average. And they say to the men how we have unrealistic expectations about women's appearances. It was well before my time, but I have a suspicion that women did not vocalize much about men's looks 100 years ago when they were happy to find any man to marry. Modern society has so many people screwed, it will be a wonder how long it will remain civilized.

How it was in Russian civil war - around 1920. Girls wanted to marry as soon as 13-14, and always moved with their men. Girls that went alone were usually kidnapped by local militias living in woods and mountains, and then 8 months later dropped back in the city outskirts with big visible belly. They would never get married and work lowest jobs just to survive.

Conversely if women stopped using them many men wouldn't even want them even for a pump and dump.
I'd say without make-up the percentage of women "fuckable" to most guys would drop to ~40% or so.
Sure they'd still settle for ~60% as they do today, but not without resentment.

I think another one of the issues is that men always get he short end of the stick when it comes to appearance. Look at your local grocery stores selection for men’s and woman’s face care. My local mall has a 4 floor Macy’s store. Men get 1/2 a floor vs women get 3 1/2 floors worth of selection. Then add makeup into the mix and it’s easy to see why women think 80% of men are just meh. If we equalized the clothes selection and removed makeup for the equation I’m positive 80-90% of women would also be just meh as well.

No! I had always issues with the clothes stores in the UK, and I am fucking hate it with passion when it was time for me to get some new clothes. So I enter the store and then I see level 1 women clothes level 2 women clothes level 3 women clothes level basement Man + children clothes. I go down there just to find 70% of the floor being filled with men clothes and 30% children stuff. Then I go to the men's cloths and I see at least 50% being filled with the same suits the same jeans and the same business shirts once you remove that you are not left with much 'choice'. But let us put that apart the truth is that in most cases that should be more than enough and it is for most men otherwise shops will have much bigger choice for men to choose from but men don't need it. Most of the men shopping in those areas are like me your average Joe who literally keeps society running and my kind don't have time to go through 3 floors of shit just to pick up 1 shirt which looks like a unicorn took a huge dump on! No you have to get in get the stuff you need and get out and get back to work in order to earn that sweet cash so u can use it to rail in some random whore who will drain your soul until she finds a better sucker!
At the end of the day men are more leaning toward minimalism while women are more leaning toward spending they money for all kinds of useless crap! 'But i must have green dress with green shoes and green bag to go with it!!' yeah you 'MUST' because men give a fucking shit about this like all the time.... result 3 levels with shit for women and 2/3 of a floor for men.
