Well, that is a difficult process.

What you need to ask yourself is ... why do you need sexual validation?

Because let's be honest here ... the sex itself isn't all that satisfying. It's the affection/attention that we crave. So why do we want validation from other people? Well, that is just what humans are. It has to do with insecurity, instinct, etc. So it is difficult to get rid of that.

How I do it? Well very simple. At the end of that tunnel, there is nothing but misery... trust me ... I know. Banking all your money on the FEELINGS of others is a road to depression.
