Long story short, went on a date right before the shutdowns around where I live. Thought it went well, got a text after saying she had a good time etc. I texted a few days later saying we should go out and get some sun. She seemed receptive and suggested a hike and asked how I’m doing. I said I’m good and that a hike sounds good. I followed by asking when she’s free and boom: no response for the past few days.

Considering the circumstances of the pandemic and recent stay at home orders, I’m fairly confident that I should just let it be. If she wants to respond she can respond. If not, then not. I don’t believe I did anything wrong (that’s for you guys to decide). But, the ball is in her court and from what I’ve read from Corey Wayne’s materials and from personal experience, this seems like the right thing to do. I’m just not sure and would appreciate advice from more experienced individuals who’ve been in similar circumstances, and what worked and what didn’t.

I would like to add that before our date mentioned above, she did flake a couple of times so I pretty much ignored her for a week and a half before she texted me asking how I was and saying she was free and wanted to go out, so I capitalized and took her on the aforementioned date. Maybe this is a similar situation?

I’m young and new to this, so any advice would be appreciated, along with where you might see any gaping errors that I might have made. This is all part of a learning experience, so I’m all ears.
