As a late bloomer I am currently in the earlier stages of puberty at 16 years old. I have been attempting to increase testosterone knowing the importance of high test count during development, (vocal chord lengthening, facial bone thickening, all that good shit.) In doing so I've already achieved a good diet, sleep schedule, and exercise routine, which I've heard are the foundations of high test count.

I know that during puberty is when testosterone production is at its peak. What I don't know is if this affects the traditional strategies of increasing testosterone or allows for different strategies that only work within this time frame.

I've attempted to do research on this topic in the past, but the only two answers I have seen are A: buy our snake-oil 11 herbs and spices testosterone blend and become a testicle warlock, or B: just do steroids and gawk at your balls shrink but testosterone increase by ten billion percent. So I come here for a no-bullshit, no agenda answer. How should I maximize testosterone production and how would active puberty affect these strategies?
