Don't you guys feel nerfed on the job market ? Having to compete with exploited good guys and clueless women. Or do you feel the opposite?

I've worked multiple jobs just for the security. It sucks, but think of it as extra pay days.

When I was in my 20s I had 3 jobs, 9-5 on weekdays, then 6-12 weekdays then weekends. I had lots of energy and kept on my feet. I remember that time very fondly.

In my 30s now, I had a period of time where I held 2 jobs and it was ok, but eventually cut back to one. I also went one and a half years jobless and enjoyed it very much. It was like a mini-retirement and I budgeted myself well.

Now I have a very secure job with flexible hours and maybe soon after this COVID thing is over I might try to get a second one just so I can fast track my retirement and investment goals.

I'm really trying hard to go away from all this shit and work from home for myself as a pin up Patreon artist. It's a hard and long road, but when I succeed, I'll be in a great place both financially and comfort-wise.

Nope. I'm single and frugal. I get screwed by taxes but otherwise have a solid emergency fund/nest egg/fuck you money.

Not supporting a wife and children means I have more freedom to work when it's profitable to me and fewer expenses.
