Good/bad etc specially with regards to women is subjective. Besides, I never understood what is a "good woman" anyway. What is it exactly?

Does she come with proper seals and iso marks or something? Or does she come with guarantee papers or stuff like that from a reputed source?

How do you exactly "define" good/bad when you say "good women".

For me she is just what she is : a woman. That's it. Just because her words and behavior are a bit different does not mean she becomes good or something. Laughable.

And as for that MRA bs she is claiming to be supportive towards, let me tell you a fact : she is famous on twitter and is being followed by "mostly" men because of her being a sexy woman, not because of her being a MRA supporter.
