It could be something to do with violating the social norms of the group, like you're doing right now by ignoring the posting guidelines.

Could be jealousy, just that people do not like change, or that when self improving it is very easy to get consumed by it and it is all you talk about which annoys the piss out of people.

I know I am guilty of the later. It is my personality though, I become engulfed in what ever I am doing. I progress fast but annoy the shit out of people. Been working on keeping the mouth shut and only giving advice when asked.

My advice is monk mode. I am practically a hermit Monday through Thursday. Work, gym, reading and sleep. Working on progressing myself is the all that I do unless there is special reason. Friday night and Saturday are for socializing. I try to rotate my social circles though so I am only seeing the same group once ever 2-3 weeks. This keeps them from becoming annoyed with my overzealous ways, raises my smv because they are jot my only option, keeps things from becoming stagnant. Also, unless you are a OMEGA, I think complete withdrawal from society is counter productive as you lose social awareness. Sunday is usually a lax day for family or whatever else needs to be done.

Are you the subject of envy? There are too many specific factors to discern if it is. Ya know, they might be starting to become insecure about themselves, with your improvements; or you might (sub)consciously be starting to act like an arrogant prick and thinking you're just being alpha. Whatever group dynamics there was before is now becoming unsettled.

I found it completely frustrating with friends + girls when I was in the transition. Luckily majority of my friends are good guys and already have similar views. Girls though, they won't see you as the new you. They still see you as your old beta self and want to keep the power in their hands.

Honestly just stop caring and have a stoic mindset. You're probably just over-analyzing everything. I noticed when I started to over-analyze I would lead back into my old depressed beta self.

If you changed to guy who works out, has good looks, great hobby and job then you are object of envy. If I were you I would look for new friends. People are laughing at disasters of others and crying from other hapiness.

Change your social circle. Always improve. Get new people!
