I imagine he put this description up because he doesn't actually believe it, he's just trying to sound "Cute" by being sarcastic, so the women will message him. Then he'll actually say something like "ohhh nahh I don't believe any of those! I just needed to get your attention! Aren't I so witty and funny?" I'm sure he thinks he's just so cool and trendy!
