TRP isn't or at least shouldn't be about saying "Women are less than men". It's about saying "Women are like X, men are like Y, and the social contract is like Z". There's a lot of anger phase out there, but in the end, once it settles down, hating women for being women, or the social contract being the way it is, is like hating the sky for raining. In the end, you knew that could happen and it's your fault for not brining an umberella.
Now that doesn't mean we can't all have a good laugh at SJWs ranting about bullshit, and it doesn't mean we have to censor ourselves when it comes to talking about the common aspects of female behavior we find frustrating (AWALT), and most importantly, it doesn't mean we have to tiptoe around things we say for fear of hurting some woman's fealz. Fact is, women have their own gripes about dudes, because they all too often don't understand us either (and God help us if they ever do). But this is not the place for that they have their own spaces to discuss that shit. This is a place for men, to discuss male lifestyle and betterment, including the large role women and sex play in men's lives, in a male context.

I know this guy is going to get torn apart but I actually agree with him and this would be my reply:
Stupid is as stupid does. There are going to be stupid people on the Red Pill who can't properly deal with the ideas here and will use it to simply push misogyny and justify being a horrible human. However, I don't care because feminism and other idealogies have done far worse and produce much more hate than we could ever hope to accomplish. And for every1 dumb fuck that thinks TRP is just women bashing festival I assure you there are 5 others that have had their lives saved in a very literal sense.

I know I'm one of em. Always done my own thing, but could never quite put my finger on what was "off" about society. I never knew the rules. Bad things/people being jerks or whatever were written off by my parents as "yeah that happens sometimes".
Once you actually understand the script, a lot makes sense. I know I never understood why superficial pop songs and tv shows are a way of life or why people were even minutely swayed by advertisements (I still look down on people who are).
The real RPers digest the overall principles and return to their daily lives. The true blues who were basement dwellers see the forum as a chance for them to AMOG because "they know the red pill. haha i'm the alpha fuxx"
Like all things, you need to put it into context. Yes, your girl will cheat and do X if you fall off the wagon, but if she had an agenda from the start other than "I value myself, my family, and I want to build something great with someone I know loves me even though we can both theoretically do better", it will fail. Not every girl is out for just pure validation. Yes they want validation, but it is in context with their goals as a human being. Same applies for you with the red pill. Just because you should strive to be the best does not mean you need to be a greedy shitlord who causes the 2008 financial crisis at the expense of those "beneath" you. You take the qualities and attitude of a good leader and apply it to reach your goals while respecting your fellow man.
What I have learned is that a "broken woman" or damaged goods does not mean that she cannot function as a person and should be put in a straight jacket. It actually means that she is so fixated upon her hypergamy that she cannot put it in context to her life. She requires that validation to be fulfilled and thus can never be happy. It's not your fault. She will interact with you like a normal person, so it will be hard to spot, especially if she is self-aware and trying to self-medicate or hide her true nature so she can still have the fairy tale life even though if she gets it, it will still not be enough for her.

Because most of this sub is blue (da ba dee da ba dye) to the core and thinks because they see RP examples in Donald Trump that they are somehow cultured people.
They have starter gains and think they arrived.

It has to do with the fact that 95% of the users of this subreddit only get their information from this subreddit. They haven't gone through the sidebar or read a single one the the recommended books. I think it only took me getting half-way through Rollo's first book to get out of the anger stage and realize women and men are just different, I can be perpetually angry about that fact or I can learn more about it to lead a happier life.
I do not use this sub as my main source of material for learning about TRP methods, it's terrible at that. There are so many much better sources that teach you about TRP (countless books and blogs). This sub does have it's uses, but only if you can sift through the anger and bullshit to find an actual discussion worth taking part in. However, the previously mentioned users users don't have the critical thinking, knowledge base, or real world experience to filter out the crap posts from the good ones. Which causes them to interpret half-truths and other users opinions as facts. This leads to more garbage posts and a circle-jerky woman/society hating environment, which doesn't help anyone, it just leads to a superiority complex for those inside.
This type of environment is exactly like feminism, where users will fail to take responsibility for their own failures and shortcomings and blame women/society. The same way retarded feminists scream "hurr durr patriarchy is evil" is the exact same way some TRP users denounce all women as evil or immoral. I mean I get it, it's hard looking in the mirror and realizing how low you're SMV is, it's even harder realizing that it's all your fault. It's so much easier to write that off as women being terrible or society conspiring against you. But this type of mentality never leads to improvement.
TRP at it's core has always been about the amoral discussion of sexual strategy. Hurling insults and blaming one of sexes for all the problems in the world just blinds you to seeing things for how they truly are. If you want to see reality for what it is and learn how to bend it to your will, you have to stop applying your ridiculous views on morality to everything.

Very insightful, but the original goal of this subreddit (as it says on the sidebar) is "discussion of sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men." It's pretty much about getting more sex, we didn't imply morality about any piece of it. We're just trying (and in many cases, succeeding) to get more sex. So whether that means acting like an "asshole" to make a girl like us or using some fancy routine on every single you approach, then that's what we'll do if that furthers us towards our goal.
This sub is about the amoral discussion of sexual strategy, the problem is that users have applied morality to it but in the opposite direction. So rather than thinking of females sexual strategy (and how they can take advantage of it) as amoral, they view it immorally and attribute it to all of their problems.

I suggest you start with Robert Heinlein's Starship Troopers. That will give you a basic understanding of what damage progressivism has done. As books go it's MUCH more entertaining than 1984, Animal Farm, Atlas Shrugged, and Fahrenheit 451. It's also the only sci-fi fiction book on the required reading list at four US military academies.

An even shorter read would be Kurt Vonnegut Jr's Harrison Bergeron.

I always forget Harsh Mistress; but yeah he wrote a lot that delves into "why".
But I think of all, Starship Troopers is the one. If you're gonna read only one book, that's it, it explains enough with the history & moral philosophy lectures. Plus his predictions about technology stay vague enough that the book doesn't seem 55 years old.

I have told you what you need to read to understand what progressivism has done.
Go. Read it. Then message me and I'll answer any questions you have.
Here, I'll make it easy for you. This is the seminal segment of the book. There's a lot more good material, but this is the chapter that matters the most with regards to progressivism. It's 7 pages (pg 90-96). Probably take you 10 minutes.
Read the material, and learn, and then ask me a question about what you don't understand from it.
I also want to illustrate, that the passage linked above, was written in the 1950's. Heinlein PREDICTED the crime wave we see today, and accurately explained its cause.

I'm not against the TRP per se. I'm basically just going off about misogyny, as a lot of the front page posts and comments are out of line in that regard. A lot of these posts aren't quite as results-driven as implied, and might even be unhealthy and counter-intuitive for the more impressionable individual.
EDIT:
To further elaborate.. Men are almost exclusively subject to 'sexual manipulation', so it's easy to blame women for this. Women have an 'advantage' over men in this regard, thanks to hormones or whatever else; but, manipulation is manipulation - it goes both ways. If someone is shit in a relationship, that's on them as a person (regardless of the predisposed 'advantage').
I understand that you need to work with what you've got, so if you're in a situation where you're butting heads and not fucking, TRP might have been helpful if it was more focused and less misogynistic; however, any instance where you're putting the blame on one's sex and indirectly excusing the other, is probably an unhealthy generalization, and beside the point.
