can aging make a woman more humble and sober?

do older women hit the wall hard enough to wake from their entitlement and actually become capable of having an equal and fair relationship?

thanks to FDS, we know that not all do. but is the chance higher than younger ones?

in my experience, 20 something women are inescapably self absorbed. do some women acquire male-like soberty levels?

i don't know, maybe a single mother who discovered having responsibilities, or a woman who learned philosophy in the meanwhile, or one who has coped with suffering and loneliness by building herself. is there any event, including the wall, which can give a woman a moral compass?
