Good sunshine places in the US are Florida, Hawaii, and the San Diego, CA area. If you like ships, there's a cruise ship that visits numerous Hawaiian islands it's named the Pride of America. It can be your hotel while you visit numerous islands.

I live in Tampa FL. The weather’s fine. Come on down there’s plenty of room for you brother. Your hotel taxes mean I don’t have to pay state income tax so thanks in advance. Hahaha
