I can’t think of any books I like that are written by females or any movies directed by them either. I don’t specifically avoid them.

Esther Vilar had atleast one interesting book THE MANIPULATED MAN.

Ayn Rand also had some interesting books on economics ,politics, and philosophy.

Other than that, I can't think of any.

Now that I think about it, everything on my shelf is written by a male. I enjoy books regardless of the author, as long as the subject/plot is interesting and the story is written well.

It’s not my fault the best women can do are predictable murder mysteries and boring romance novels.

Only one I can name is Ayne Rand. Atlas Shrugged is good. Only other worthy female is my two sisters and Pauline Hanson, an Australian politician - who is running a Senate investigation into the corrupt family court.

Who cares if the author is a man or a woman? If I am interested in the topic, and the book is good, I will try to read it.

If you do not like female writers, do not read their books. Problem solved.

The one that I remember was the Superfudge series by Judy Blume, which I did like. I think most boys actually related to it as they could actually relate to Peter Hatcher and his dealings with his spoiled little brother Fudge. And there's things like having to move to another city, making new friends, dealing with girls, etc. It even had Peter dealing with his cunt of a neighbor Sheila Tubman, who struck me at times as a proto feminist.
