I'm not a redpiller. ... I think you guys have some points...but in my personal opinion there's still some work to do here. For my own tastes this sub is full of stereotyping, instead of dealing with people as individuals
Concern Troll.
Has anyone here ever tried karezza? I find that it transforms a sexual relationship into something else entirely
What the heck is your problem with sex? Why did sex need changing again?
It somehow gets rid of the whole dumb fucking power play dynamic that you guys are noticing a lot around here... It can put two people on an equal footing
Ohhh. Concern troll.

Ah, you've got a term to silence dissenting opinions. The hallmark of every civilized society that takes its rules and dogmas seriously.
[–]TRP VanguardArchwinger 9 points10 points11 points 10 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
A "dissenting viewpoint" would be, "I did X and a woman went home with me and fucked me six times. We normally say to do Y instead, but I think X worked for the following reasons, despite the fact that we think Y is better."
A concern troll is, "I agree with some of what you guys say, but why do you guys keep stereotyping women and saying such mean things? That's really hurting your message. Listen to my deep and insightful post, because although I just popped in here 3 minutes ago, I think I can really help you guys!"
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] -5 points-4 points-3 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Stereotyping women? You're stereotyping everyone. You've got whole classes for alphas and betas and gammas and sigmas and what have you.
That's not hurting your message. From all I can tell your message is "don't be a door rag", which seems obvious. But it limits thinking. Sure, it's fun to classify things, but do you guys even listen to yourselves around here? When you actually start believing in the models you come up with you went from freeing yourself from previous assumptions to chaining yourself to the next ones. So what if they work better? You're still a slave.
Why does sex need changing? I prefer great sex to good sex. I prefer sex every day to sex once or twice a week. I'd been assuming people might be on board with that.

I guess that's just an approach I dislike. I tried to phrase it that way in my post. It's my personal opinion. I'm sure your system works for you guys. I have no doubts that it does, but I myself am not interested in living according to some system.
I'm approaching women on an individual basis. I'm always open about my intentions, probably way too forward, and make all the "mistakes" in the book. I usually get shot down pretty quickly because of this and get hurt a lot. But the ones that still like me... they like me. Maybe you'd call my approach a way of "sifting for outliers"? I do this on purpose, and I know I'd have more "success" following some guidelines and playing games.

Examine your axioms. That's assuming there's a "better" and "worse".
Whether or not you can improve on who you are, I find it much more interesting to examine who I actually am right now.
If you're honest, you'll probably come to the conclusion that you have no actual clue about what it is you're trying to improve. Let me use your examples:
More confidence is an improvement? No, that's just more confidence. Less confident people aren't any worse. In fact, a lack of confidence is often a useful survival mechanism.
More money is an improvement? Don't think so. I'm fine with the money I have. If I had more money than I do, I'd just have to worry about where to put it and what happens to it and who gets a cut and taxation and shit. No thanks.
More interesting is an improvement? How about just sitting down and having a nice cup of tea?
Better health & physique is an improvement? Sick people aren't any worse than healthy ones, they're just sick.
More women attracted to me is an improvement? Nah, I'm fine with just the one.
Now you have to figure out what you're actually interested in. For me from all the things you listed it's pretty much just better health, and I am working on that. And I'm not doing it to make myself better, I'm just doing it because that's what I like.
Saying it's a universally good thing just puts a nebulous kind of transcendental justification on it. That's about as useful as saying "do it because god says so"
If I fail at getting what I want, that's no big loss either.
Maybe stop for a second and smell the roses.

Your definition of success is fundamentally different than the one usually sought here.
[–]relationshipdownvote 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I find that it transforms a sexual relationship into something else entirely and I recommend it.
Why would I do that? I like sexual relationships. They work when handled properly as this sub describes.

Have you tried a genital massage instead of sex? I'm not a redpiller btw.
Someone get this piece of trash out of here. MODS!
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I enjoy sex. When I come I no longer have sex. Totally irrational, I know.
[–]redadactyl 5 points6 points7 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
What sound does a girl make when shes not getting off?
"Bye"
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
That's what happens if you can't get her off.
But when you can get her off and you refuse to, you'll have her come running back and begging for it.
[–]redadactyl 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Now you're depending on the girl to know the difference... I don't trust them that much.
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I'm not kidding. They beg for it.
If you can't make one come, she will know in the first five seconds. The hour you went down on her is just her not wanting to hurt your ego.
[–]redadactyl 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I think the major disconnect here is that you assume we care what the girl is thinking during sex. Time and again we see here and through personal experience that a surefire recipe for great sex is to dominate, dehumanize and fuck her like shes your own right hand in the way you want it to happen, they always like it. Then if you want to keep her around you cuddle her firmly and tell her all the nice things girls like to hear, meanwhile you were spanking her ass and shoving your cock down her throat not 5 minutes before. Its a simple equation and it works.
Maybe it works for her? I don't actually enjoy that stuff.
But if it's all about pleasing women for you, sure.
[–]pirateninj4 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
I'll give an honest answer.
I have tried it. I continue to practice it with one of my girls. It noticeably boosts my energy and my hunger for sexual activity. In the past it helped with performance issues I was having and has made me a better lover, as well as a better fuck.
Is it a solve all? No. Is it spiritual? It is if that's what you're going for. But just like Yoga, it's all in the head of the people practicing it. For me the benefit was better stamina, better control over my erection and the energy boost I got from 30 minutes of non-orgasm penetration.
For someone else, maybe it is a complete spiritual experience.
You're going to get a lot of toxicity posting like that though. If you're genuinely wanting opinions from guys in this Sub, you should ask directly without the nonsense added.
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Thanks for the answer. I'm interested in how it works out for people and I'm sure it's not the same for everyone - or with every partner for that matter, I'm still just learning.
As for "posting like that"... I sometimes have a mean streak and I like arguing. It's interesting to see what people are really like and things like this let you catch them with their guard down.
You seem like someone I'd like to have a drink with sometime.
[–]redadactyl 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
You don't need to hide the contents of your message with platitudes here, we're all just anonymous talking heads on the internet. This is an example of powertalk, something we learn to identify and see through, and its just mildly irritating.
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
The contents of my message? That's what conversation is for, to crystalize something I might not be sure about myself. I don't have much more of a specific intention when I post things here than "I wonder what people are going to have to say about it".
As for "powertalk", that was a feeling of comraderie on my side. Take it or leave it, but if you think that's fake, you're wrong. I don't mind irritating you though, that's what friends are for.
Edit: Just realized you were answering for somebody else. That would explain the difference in tone, hahah.
[–]pirateninj4 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I just try to treat everyone the same. Troll or not, there's a grain of truth in everything that is posted in TRP. Dismissing you or any other person wanting to know something that is considered outside the Sub's normal fare is not conducive to proving we're more than a bunch of angry misogynists throwing poop at each other.
Like u/redadactyl said, it's easy to read through the 'powertalk'. Being direct is the ultimate powertalk and will get you what you want much more often.
If you want to know more of my experience with karezza, feel free to PM me. It's not super extensive, but it was a thing that helped me.
[–]Dtingthrowaway[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Thanks for the offer about the PM, but no need for details. I find it interesting that someone here has actually heard of it and admits it.
I think lots of people on here are angry, some of them are misogynists, sometimes the two conflate. The entire phenomenon seems kinda weird.
As for directness, yeah, sure, that works, but I don' thave much of a direct goal. More like kicking a stone in a random direction to see where it lands.
[–]pirateninj4 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Not sure about the admitting it part, I have no shame in my practice of it. Neither do I have shame in talking about it on this Sub. For every 20 year old dude going through his anger phase there's a dude in his 30's who wants to learn something new.
The anger you are talking about is one of the phases Red-pillers go through when unplugging from the social conditioning that they've been fed all their lives about sexual dynamics in the real world. It's actually the first step, which can make it mercurial and most men experience anger when they first realize everything they were told about the world of men and women is a load of shit.
The following phases are essentially coming to accept the true nature of it all and being ok with how it is. Along with the karezza, this Sub helped me come out of a very dark place when my marriage began to fall apart and the way I feel about myself today is in no small part the result of my contributing and reading what goes on in this Sub.
I'll make this my final response to this thread then, but if you are curious in this Sub you might find the articles in the sidebar illuminating. I would highly suggest reading Men in Love by Rollo. If nothing else, it's a very well written piece about our nature.

Well, if you're interested you can google it. Let's say I would actually consider it hedonism. There's a thing called "valley orgasm" and... man...
