It means women love drama. They want a man to make them consider leaving (such as domestic violence), but they don't ever actually want to leave these men.
Look at domestic abuse statistics and be shocked at how few women leave their abusers.

This man speaks the truth. A relationship without issues or arguing is boring to a woman. To a man, it's peace and serenity. They just love chaos, hence why badboys give them the tingles.
I get what this one means. If you're not verifying that you want to be in a relation, you're not in one of your own free will. That people need to be told this... frankly is sad.
