Parasites man. I wrote before about a sugar baby I was scared I knocked up 6 weeks ago due to a condom malfunction. I've kept in loose contact with her -- no sex, celibacy FTW -- just to ensure I'm not a Daddy. Just politeness and as soon as I'm confident there is no anchor baby, fade away. The "sugar" I used to provide was minimal. $100 here, a dinner there.

Now she hits me up out of the blue, no sugar from her mind you, asking for a sum of money multiples larger than everything I gave her in the past combined because she is "behind on her bills". She says it'll be a loan and she'll pay me back, but she works a barely-above-minimum job part-time and that is clearly never happening.

She is also a student getting a useless advanced degree at a private college and is 28 years old. I'm not sure what her student debt burden is, but she's been in school for her entire twenties, switching schools and states, and I imagine the sum is absurd. I, on the other hand, am in my thirties and have nearly paid off $100,000 of professional degree debt with the job those degrees netted. Just a few thousand to go. Months, not years.

So this no-sugar-baby who I'm just loosely staying in touch with to ensure I'm not a daddy is essentially asking me to forego my freedom from debt so that she can avoid further debt herself. What terrible witchcraft is this? She clearly can get the sum she's asking for easily by consigning herself to further debt. But she instead wants me to remain in debt to free herself from a wee bit more. This is the definition of parasitism.

Monk mode for life. Final thought: I was super attracted to this chick for a month. In my mind, she was the hottest thing going when we first started hooking up. Then after she felt comfortable, she let her mental health issue freak flag fly, and did away with all the sweetness, submissiveness, and cordiality. At this point I find her to be ugly, even though I can see she is physically beautiful. She is ugly on the inside, a self-serving hustler. (I guess: what can you expect from a prostitute?) (And to the extent they don't cover 50% of all costs, they're a prostitute.)

Just one more eye opener. This creature at a 30k per year private school is trying to ask me, a State school boy, to remain in debt so she can avoid it. So much for easy-breezy sugar. It all boils down to ugly, sexless cash-grabs. Monk mode FTW.
