You'd have to be downs syndrome level retarded to do that and they guy doesn't appear to have it. The nobody local news lady that was in on it's reaction was way too slow and unconcerned, shock is an instantaneous reaction not delayed by 3-5 seconds.

FYI if you don't know 99% of the time you hear "pastor" you can translate that to semi transient con-man that will never pay taxes on any money they "acquire" while using "religion" as an excuse.
