Looks tasty, but it is more like steak & cheese.

Cheesesteaks are from Philly and South Jersey......and that isn't it. You need thin sliced or chopped beef, cooked on a flat top, wit or wit-out onions. Cheez-Whiz is the popular tourist cheese. American is also acceptable. The OG cheese is provolone. Half of it is the bread. Philly water makes for GREAT bread at the great bakeries. Amorosos, Liscios, etc, make great steak bread.

Tony Lukes, John's Roast Pork, Chinks, Dalessandros, Chubbys, and Jims are all good steak joints. Geno's and Pats are for tourists or if you're drunk in Philly after midnight-ish.
