My ex-girlfriend recently logged into my facebook account and accessed my private messages. She took screenshots of said messages and distributed them to my coworkers since the messages were related to them. The messages were negative, but nothing terrible. I was just venting about a recent event that occurred in our office. The screenshots "supposedly" made their way to HR. No action was taken by HR, but the messages were never supposed to get that far. I talked with my coworkers and hashed everything out, they were the ones that informed me that my ex-girlfriend sent them the screenshots and that I should change my password to my account. I have not seen these screenshots nor do I have them, but I have looked into my recent login history and found her IP address of when and where she logged in. Do I have a case to report her? How do I report her?

At the moment, I'm gathering info before I decide to do anything. I honestly don't want to deal with her, but if I had the option to get her off my back from a legal standpoint then I'd consider taking that route. It's been 7 months since I ended things and she clearly hasn't moved on.
