Hello brothers,

Part 2 of my epically petty saga. I escaped the plantation with my ex girlfriend. She was filthy. Drawers overflowing, piles of dishes, never cleaned up after herself. It was truly terrible. I did everything around the place. Fuck that.

I moved out and found a decent room in a house that features 5 men, 1 woman. I moved in. My strategy was to largely ignore everyone beyond acknowledgement of their existence.

Investments were up, contributions were up, bullshit was down - or so I thought.

Turns out this hamplanet is the landlord’s daughter. A recipe for disaster.

Got a call this morning about the following from her Daddio:

I meal prep 1 day a week. Apparently this disrupts the harmony of the household (landlord’s words) because nobody else can use the kitchen.

This is obviously not true in a real sense. Meal prep takes 1 plug socket, 1 burner on the stove and one side of the table that nobody sits at anyway.

She came into the kitchen whilst I was organising my cupboard space and took that to mean that I was cooking. She asked how long I would be and I said l, ‘awhile.’ I planned on cooking, just not yet.

She left.

I finished and began cooking.

Other male tenant came back and began cooking soon after as well.

She came back and got very upset because he cooked too. No mention of the fact that she could have just started doing her thing and none of these imagined slights against her flab would have transpired.

Apparently, I must notify all other tenants 24 hours before I begin cooking that I will be cooking on the following day.

I assume this has to either be approved or denied? I’m not sure.

What a goddamn performance because a man wants to

A: Mind his own business B: Eat his own food

I can’t figure out the logic - likely because there isn’t any present in the female mind.

If it were myself and I was wanting to use the kitchen and someone else was doing something, I would use it anyway whilst continuing to mind my own business.

What’s so hard about that?

As well, my previous crimes have been:

My dishcloth was too wide (her’s is wider than 2 of mine together.)

I closed the kitchen door (was told to do this by her because the smell bothers other tenants), apparently this fucks up the WiFi?

I threw a yoghurt container in the normal bin, instead of recycling. (Normal outside bin was full, apparently this is the fault of those that don’t use recycling. No mention of the fact that the builders filled the fucker with their excess waste supplies.)

I turned a bathroom light on. (Didn’t want to leave kitchen light on, hallway is pitch black in the morning/night, bathroom light shines through glass window above door.) I tried to navigate the hall once and nearly dropped all of my breakfast as well. She won’t understand as she doesn’t get out of bed until noon.

I’m being blamed for using the bathroom on the wrong floor? Never used it.

I listened to a podcast/watched a show in the kitchen. It’s a shared area, this unacceptable. (Apparently she can hear it in her room down the hall. I can hear everything clear as day in my room and I’m down the hall, and up the stairs.) guy roommate was on FaceTime in there. Not a peep.

SO FUCKING ANNOYING.

I dumped a bitch to reduce the bullshit, and now I’ve got MORE from a fat bitch.

I can only assume it’s because my diet reminds her of her dietary failings. She doesn’t like being ignored because it means she’s with her own thoughts and can’t spend her time projecting onto me. And, I’m male.

Apart from moving, what can I do to reduce the fuckery?

Totally ignore her existence....

If she talks to you, just say nothing and go the other way.

It will drive her nuts, fuck her.

Lol what I would do is purposefully disrupt them , like literally leave the light on and lie that it isn't me , they cant prove it.

I could always find another place, meanwhile make it living hell for her and play dumb.

I would literally ignore everything she says. If her daddy has that much of a problem he can force an eviction and I'd fight him every step of the way while making his daughters life a living hell in the meantime. Loud music, leave the toilet seat up, don't flush, "foget" to do dishes. I mean... The fuckin works. Don't quote me here but I don't know if it can be counted as "breaking your lease" if you're the one who is being asked to leave.

If she takes offence at these things, what will she do if real, completely normal issues happen? People not cleaning the kitchen after cooking, loud noises in the night, messed up toilet etc. pp. What will she do about that? Maybe you should try and find out!
