Where I work, the women basically do only one thing (easy job) while all the men get cross-trained and become versatile. They still make the same as us. There isn’t a pay gap but there should be based on the skills gap.

And that's why companies have policies that suggest co-workers not share what they make with each other - because it creates problems. Always. Under the law, workers are free to share this information with fellow employees if they choose, but it's a bad idea.
