They have a desires to complain. It's like sex, you have sex and feel satisfied temporarily, but hours later the urge to have sex is back again. It's a desire which is truly never satisfied.

It's the same for women, the desire to complain is never truly satisfied. #metooing a few celebrities or politicians (or 4 year old boys who touch a girl on the shoulder) probably gets close, but hours later the desire to complain rears it's ugly head again and they need to find another thing to complain about, to another person.
