You could seriously get that. For about 50k upfront. Then build out as you generate more resources.

Lakefront property, in the US. About a 1 1/2 to 2 hours from a metro city in the US is super cheap.

Just don't buy the property close to liberal demoncrat tax bailout cities. Those prices will just keep going up until the US economy implodes.

Also, look up homesteading videos. Those guys will explain all kinds of stuff. To make your life easier in far away places.
