Transgender asside, how is exclusion of white men not rasist and sexist and how is exclusion of certain group supporting diversity?

At some point we will need to fight back. Hiring on anything but skills is against the fucking law.

Diversity hires by definition of it are excluding more suitable candidates based on color of their skin for christ sake!!!
