Hi guys,

I've been a lurker since this sub had about 20k subscribers, which was about 3 years ago. I enjoyed most of the time here because no matter the topic or opinion, there are always posts with lots of blunt honesty and experience.

IMO, this sharing of experiences is the best thing about the whole sub/philosophy.

Which is also why I decided to post here. I'm a young guy from a western country and I'll soon finish my CS degree, so I'm planning my next steps.

To cut to the chase: What would you guys absolutely suggest me to do?

Some information about me:

I lead a minimalist lifestyle, cook and eat healthy, keep fit and I always save money, even as a student. When it comes to CS, there's no field I really dislike since they all entail solving problems of some sorts. I love that sh!t!

I also generally enjoy communicating a lot. For example, trying to figure out what (business) people actually need and translating it into tech is great. Being a "bridge" between worlds is something I'd like to do at some point.

I don't want to be stuck in a single country or help finance any intergenerational contract, as I'm a classical liberal/libertarian. Basically, I want to invest in my future myself and I want to be able to live and work wherever I like, as I love learning about cultures and languages.

But if there's a magical country that's worth investing in, let me know.

At uni I only have good grades and I'm always working on expanding my network, getting to know people in good positions.

And of course, there's no way in hell that I'll legally bind myself to another human being.

Hope that's enough information to get a picture of me and thank you in advance for any advice!

Cheers, guys.
