I was nice to women and did everything they asked. They hated me for it.

I started ignoring women, or outright treating women like crap. And they were more attracted to me for it.

That's when I learned that the manipulation and games just aren't worth my time.

Do I harbor hatred towards women? No, not at all. Women are doing what they were biologically programmed to do. Find a mate who can protect them from danger and provide resources. I can't hate anyone for that.

The only thing I hate is when people like you assume the worst about a group of people. You assume you won't receive any intelligent responses, based on your preconceived bias formed by the news/social media. Or you assume we believe what we believe because we are broken people.

All I want is peace, quiet, and freedom. So move along. There's better things for a 14 year old girl to do than browse this sub.

Hi, Sopie. Yes, I have friendships with women. I have never hated women as a group. My family members who are women are also important to me, as my friends are. MGTOW isn't about hating women, and never has been, despite what you may have heard. It's about rejecting the system that makes marriage not worth it for men. The laws are terrible and can cause a man to be destroyed both financially and emotionally via divorce. It's just not worth it. Men have the right to opt out of a system that is hostile to us. You may find some rant posts by some men here. If so, it's usually someone who has been hurt very bad by the system. Being angry at that is what's known as "the red pill rage." Most MGTOW get through that to build a good life. Maybe some day marriage won't be so hostile to men. I don't think it will happen in my lifetime though. In the meantime, you can play your part. Notice when people are hostile or hateful toward men, branding them "losers" for not having sex or "losers" for not making enough money, etc. We would never tolerate that behavior toward women. It's only okay because it's toward men. You can choose not to be that way, however, if you want to.

First of all, if you're 14 year old, you really shouldn't be on reddit and this forum. The language can get pretty crude, and I don't want this sub to be held responsible for you viewing "offensive" language. Also, instead of focusing on why men are going their own way, you should focus on school and sports and other more age-appropriate things.

Secondly, I don't hate women. If you were to meet me in real life, I'd just be a single man who ignores you.

I've seen plenty woman take advantage of nice guys. Boast that they have them doing all kinds of things and shaming them when they attempt to stand up for themselves. I remember in high school there was this girl (who used to be a friend) who claimed that her then boyfriend used to be abusive. It had almost everyone in the classroom view him as evil. Then he broke up with her and changed classes. I believe to avoid the daily drama. Then she starts dating another guy, who used to go out of his way to tutor others and within a few weeks in the relationship she accuses him of being abusive as well. This time more people were questioning her behavior. Then during lunch, a month later I see both of my friends who used to date her and another girl sitting together and they were all mentioning how manipulative she can be and plays the victim, she tarnishes the image of others. The other girl (who used to be her friend as well) mentioned that she did the same to a guy near where she and the girl used to live. Apparently she makes false allegations and threatens to call the police on them.

I distant myself from her and so did others. This is one of many cases.

It's none of the assumptions that you've mentioned. MGTOW is all about how society views men and how it demands that men be the responsible party. Western law, and the enforcement of those laws are hyper punitive toward men because of their gender.

This is especially true in family and divorce court where generations of men have been stripped of their families, especially their children, and have been financially ruined. In the US there are also hyper punitive DV protocol, Title IX college tribunals that don't have to follow the rule of law, and workplace law that are anti-male.

MGTOW is about mitigating the risks that society poses. Bottom line, it's not about women AT ALL, but very much about the individual choices a man makes so as not to end up like many of our fathers, uncles, brothers, etc...

It does very much involve decisions around women, mainly, never marry or live with a woman, because when you do, you're subject to the state being the arbiter in dissolving the relationship. So it's not about hate, that is a misconception. Many MGTOW date women, they just don't live with them or marry them.

You will see anger on this sub, RP rage is a phase, but full MGTOW are indifferent and non-emotional. They live life on their own terms and concentrate on attaining their own success and goals: personal, professional, physical, mental, emotional. They just work on bettering themselves for their own benefit. They realize that society and culture don't care about them and never will, that they can't count on anyone to ever help, because society cannot and will not see male suffering as something that needs to be addressed. So MGTOW invest only in themselves because they know that as a man, you have only yourself that cares about you.

I came here because i was wondering why women did the stuff they did. Researched it online and found the sub + other videos about dating etc.

Fathers dont tell this stuff to their children, and mothers dont help boys with dating.

I used the knowledge of the red pill, i observed women displaying the behaviour, and i know understand why women do the things they do. And i dont think most women are long term relationship material.

I am not sure what you are talking about, but MGTOW is about realizing that there is no benefit in marrying women and having children any longer, all the rest is just memes and red pill rage, I would of defended the view that women is a terrible long term investment, sure.
