"don't talk about MGTOW"

i read about a "rule". "MGTOW has no rules!11!1", ok bear with me anyway. the rule was "don't talk about mgtow". what's the reasoning behind it?

i can think of a reason not to tell women: the more you inform them the more dangerous they can be.

but why not with other men? is that rule an overkill to prevent people to broadcast it like a woman's marriage, and this formula was short and cool?

EDIT: because it was for me, mgtow saved my life and i want to return this world the favor if the guy is fit for it.
