If you're not aware of the story, I'll fill you in: during Monday's Fiesta Bowl between Oklahoma and Auburn, legendary sports broadcaster Brent Musburger took some time out to speak on Sooners tailback Joe Mixon. Mixon, of course, is the young man who broke a woman's face with a right hand during a confrontation in a cafe in 2014. The video of the altercation was just released last month, re-igniting "outrage" from the virtue-signalling/SJW crowd -- even though Mixon was acting in self-defense.

Anyway, during the telecast of the game, Musburger spoke on the incident, saying that it was "troubling" but also complimenting Mixon on his craft and wishing him good luck in the NFL. When people criticized him for those sentiments, Musburger doubled down on them during the same telecast. This only made his critics "angrier."

Forget for a second that Mixon was merely defending himself, and thus did nothing wrong, and consider how committed to virtue-signalling SJWs have to be to condemn Musburger for wishing a young man good luck on his second chance. I'm not breaking any news by saying this, but it's exactly that kind of behavior on their part that led to Trump becoming president. People are fed up with their BS. They still don't seem to get that.
