its not so much ignoring women as it is making yourself a viable option worth being ignored. sounds like some combination of: A. your SMV is not as high as it could be, B. you are not spreading your net as far as it could go. or C. You are not initiating contact with the women

Phase 1: You do exactly what a woman would do, you make the best and most attractive first impression, then when you have your roots planted in, then you start Phase 2, which is to make them work for your affections. They'll start to miss the attention you showed at the beginning and they will do stuff, ie blow you, for it and the promise of more. Think of yourself like a drug dealer. You talk it up to promote your product, give them the best stuff to get them addicted, then you be aloof and cool and you make them pay big for little doses to get high. That's where the ignoring comes in.

Do you know how to fish OP? It's not too complicated but there are several important bits to it:

First you need to find yourself in the good spots that have fish.
Next, you need to use the proper lure/bait and hook, set them at the proper depth and with the proper technique for the target fish.
Then, you keep at it patiently. You keep casting. Again and again. Until one hooks.
Next, depending on the fish, you're likely to have to do a combination of letting it taking out the line as it fights, and pull and reel in when it's not. You have to alternate both, with the proper technique, until the fish is at the surface.

What you're telling us is akin to a beginner fisherman coming on a forum about fishing asking us "I get that the advice is to let it take out the line, but I haven't got any fish yet". You need to understand there is so much more than that.

Particularly, the let it take out the line + reel in combination is the equivalent in pick up to DHV and Neg. Not giving her attention is Negging. But do you display a high value to her? It doesn't work if she doesn't see you as high value.
