Your statement makes no senses and fails to retain realism. Many men who eventually go mgtow or not wish for an easy score. Sluty behaviour is therefore needed to satisfy this male request. Women are fit with attention seeking and other tools to feel rewarded or even empowered when they do it. You nor a morality couldn't stop them engaging in it nor men requesting it.

2nd, plenty of men can be loyal after many partners and we men know this as we love differently to women.

However I'm considering a bigger dilemma worth mentioning you missed out on saying:
