CB sister want to travel but expects everything is FREE

In two weeks my CB sister (CBS) and I will be going to a two-week trip to Europe. I just feel the need to let this out because she is getting on my nerves. I honestly just want to enjoy the trip but she's making things stressful. Apologies for the long rant ahead.

We agreed months ago that we will travel to Europe together and she's all for it. I was on the lookout for great flight and hotel deals, and eventually booked flights for us. Note that it was not unexpected, it was just a matter of when. So I was saving up for it all these months, and I expected that she was doing the same. But apparently, only because I booked the flight for us she thinks EVERYTHING ELSE is free. Hell nah, the flight is not even free. I just booked it for us and she's supposed to pay me! CBS did not even offer to pay for the flight.

Now I booked our accommodations in the cities we'll be visiting and all she did was complain about how we're not staying in fancy places. Well, how about you agree to split the bill instead of making me pay for both of us? She didn't even help in making our itinerary. Basically all she's doing is waiting for that day we fly to Europe so she could start taking photos for her Instagram.

CBS is older than me, single, and in her early thirties. She has a salaried job too, so there's no reason she can't cover her own expenses.

She just blew my mind when she asked me earlier today how much money I will be giving her because she wanted to do some shopping when we get to Paris. The conversation went like this:

CBS: Hey, hanselbrew. How much am I getting for our trip?

Me: I'm sorry, what was that?

CBS: How much are you giving me?

Me: Uh, why would I give you anything?

CBS: To spend while we're there? I'm planning to go shopping in Paris.

Me: (just realized what's happening) Oh, wait. I thought you have your money? I will only cover my own expenses, after all I already covered the flights and the hotels for both of us. Also the tours. You have not even shelled out for anything.

CBS: That's unfair!!! You booked this trip and you are expecting me to pay out of my pocket???

Me: Well, look, I thought we already saw this trip coming. Remember we planned this before? We just waited for the right time to get the best deals. You haven't even paid for your part.

CBS: Yeah, but she who books it pays for everything!!! Do you not seriously know that???

Me: No, that's not how it works. It's unfair to me, I already spent thousands for both of us when you should be paying for yourself. You didn't even offer to. I am not going to give you money. You have a job and you're earning your own money, why are you expecting everything to be free?

CBS: Because you booked this trip!!! You are the one in charge that's why you're supposed to pay for everything!!!!

I just cannot describe how stressed I was after that conversation. When I was booking stuff for our trip months ago, she just commented on everything but did not even offer to pay for anything, even for her own part. When I tried reminding her before that she had to pay, all she did was give me the attitude. Two weeks before the trip and she has not paid for anything.

TL;DR: CB sister does not pay for anything for our Euro trip and expects that I would give her money to spend while we're there. Reasons out that whoever books for a trip pays for everything.
