He is the asshole. They ordered it without the scallops and that's what they got. If YOU have an allergy it's your job to check everything that you put in your mouth. Getting someone fired because they didn't know the ingredients for every single item on the menu is an asshole move. Honestly, the fired woman can probably sue to get her job back, because it's the establishment's job to provide that information and give the servers proper training, which they clearly didn't do.

Plus what kind of retard orders a seafood dish when they're allergic to it? Natural selection at work.

Honestly not the waitresses fault. Shouldn’t of ordered the food. Hard to believe she got fired over that. I worked as a waiter and we do not know everything. That goes into every food. Especially what’s In the sauce... it’s not the waitresses responsibility to pick out the food for you.

Im sorry but this is a mistake by the people eating. "Ill order a dish that typically comes with seafood and get it without the seafood." What the hell did you think was gonna happen? The whole dish is a seafood based dish. Its probably made in the same area that all the other seafood dishes are made. Next time get some ravioli and shut up.
