Double down on your hobbies. The best way to wash away rage is to use it as a fuel source for whatever that may be. Be it playing a game of Overwatch or lifting weights, you need to empty out the fuel or otherwise your going to keep burning.

Remember one thing however, women did not choose to be what they are. It is simply biology. There is no value to holding anger for something that is naturally occurring and ultimately far beyond your capacity to change.

Dont worry. This can be very common.

The key is you need to take steps to make sure that anger does not fester and turn into hatred. You cant progress forward if you have that on your back.

So first, you accept that this is nature. It is the nature of women to behave as they do. Evolution. No different from sharks or redwood trees or bumblebees. And you cant haye something if it is acting according to its nature, right? Ots just another animal.

Once you accept that they are the way they are because that's how nature has evolved them, that's a big step. You'll want to do a resource analysis. That is to say you look at the cost of an average date where you live, (and actually LOOK, price out 2 movie tickets, treats. Dinner for two, uber or parking, drinks, etc) and then take those resources and PRESTO! You have your initial mgtow savings baseline.

Now you decide how to allocate these resources that are no longer going towards pussy, to improving yourself. At your age, I recommend you look seriously at education and INVESTING SAFELY for the future. Also look to your health in eating good nutritious food, and get those workouts in, that will help your mental health as well as your physical.

With all of this going on, never look back at how women have wronged you. Let it go. You arent moving backwards you're moving forward with your focus on your own best interests and development. If you look back, make it so it's only so you can see how far you have come from where you once were.

Once you get going with this, you'll find that anger, frustrations and everything else that once bothered you about women, fades away to nothing but a distant memory.

I went through the red pill rage phase. Best advice I can give is to use that rage become hyper focused on your finance/career goals. Also use it to force yourself out of your comfort zone in terms of life experiences. See the world, brother. Let your rage take you to amazing places.

Surround yourself with like-minded quality male friends also. You’ll be good, man. You’re not alone in feeling the way you do.

Thats not good dude. While its expected to feel frustrated taking the redpill, being bitter towards women will never do you any good. Beccause, like it or not, youll have women in your life - your mother, sister, coworkers, classmates etc. The reason for this frustration is the fact that you been lied, and continued to be lied about female nature. So just accept it as a fact, just like you would accept the fact that you would get hurt from jumping off a cliff. This rage as you are talking about is not directed at women, but also at men... ive seen plenty of men in the manosphere putting other men down because theyre "not alpha" and cant get laid, and blah, blah, blah... If you find yourself taking your rage on people, please go and talk to a shrink. Just focus on health, goals, hobbies, career...

First, don’t be angry at women. It is their nature to be pragmatic. It has always been like this. I love my sister, she’s easily my best friend and person I love most second to my kids. But she is hypergamous, and so is every women on the planet. The same with your mother or sister.

Men are programmed to go for youth and health. Even to their detriment. We are just wired differently. Don’t assign morality to it.

It is the society and laws that allow little to no checks or balances to this nature. Men are properly punished for being unfaithful. But women? They are rewarded for it. The cards are stacked against us which makes marriage and relationships in general detrimental to us.
