Do you have any past trauma as a child when you had to act tough? Try meditating and accepting those thoughts and laugh at them. Gain some more self-confidence and self-love. To me it sounds like you have very low self-esteem. Work on your inner shit first and learn to love yourself.

Men compete with one another, it's part of what masculinity is about. Embrace it.

What you should actually fix, is:

Somehow I always put myself under other guys

Talk to yourself and ask yourself why are you doing that.

Embrace your competitiveness, it's a naturally masculine trait (testosterone) and at the end of the day you will be a better person because of it.

Ur not crazy for being so competitive, I think most of us are competitive and comparative. Either u become better or watch someone else become better. Focus on urself.

Isn't competitiveness a major evolutionary part of being male? I say go with it and allow yourself to be outshone, but think about why that's happening and how you can amend it.

There's a difference between being competitive and having a scarcity mentality. Yours sounds like the latter. Once you realize there's enough women/success/weights to go around for the few successful men, you stop worrying about other men's success.

With that said, healthy competition to fuel your gains is not a bad thing. Just make sure your validation comes from within rather than from outlifting bros at the gym. My recommendation is write down your lifts and then compete against yourself from last week.
