Focus on why women don’t earn as much. Check the stats for how many hours women work each week compared to men. Focus on vacation days. Focus on career choices.

Also attack the bullshit study that doesn't account for occupation choice, overtime/amount of hours worked.

You'll find that men work more hours, choose better paying fields on average, and take way more overtime than women.

The whole women are held back from being in certain fields is bullshit. Maybe if they weren't raised to be so fucking fragile, that wouldn't worry so much about who thinks what about job fields. Or the fact that it's a choice of free will, and that women CHOOSE to dominate 4 of the 5 lowest paying job fields. Of their own god damn free will. Then have the audacity to cry they don't make as much when they choose bad jobs, choose to work less, and choose not to work over time. ON top of the fact that by law it is illegal to pay women less than men. Not to mention that there are forced quotas to hire women, meaning that companies are required to hire women, which guarantees women jobs in the work force, ESPECIALLY in fields that women don't want to work in considering there's a shortage of them in many job fields. A shortage that exists because they choose not to work on them.

Go grab the data and make that shit watertight, otherwise you're just going to get shot down as a misogynist since that dogma is so fucking strong, especially in schools.

Salary is based on:

Sum = No. of hours worked + No. of years of experience + post + No. of years worked in that company + Overtime - allowances + Bonus of submitting unused yearly leaves

For teachers salary is based on,

Sum = No. of lectures per week + No. of students + No. of years of experience + post + No. of years worked in that institution - allowances + Bonus of submitting unused yearly leaves

Make sure you ask her which of the component she is not adding when calculating women's salary. I'm sure she makes judgements based on the resultant sum and not the individual components.

What feminists do is they take this sum and divide their own sum with lesser components in it which turned out to be less and then they complain about it.

Men make more over their entire life and take out less in taxes over their life (Even if they die 7 years earlier than women on average!). But men and women make the same PER hour....women simply work less hours and choose less dangerous risky and physically hard jobs and prefer air conditioned part time work more!

Women also retire on average earlier than men.
