BTW, passing your genes is overrated. You genes are already present across the whole population, and the combination of your genes is destroyed within a generation.

What is actually under selection when you pass on your genes is your urge to pass on whatever are your genes. Those will pass on their genes regardless of overall quality who have the highest urge to do so, and their offspring will inherit those genes but mainly the urge.

Buy eggs from a fertility clinic and hire a surrogate. Make absolutely sure you have a legally binding contract with the surrogate so she can't steal your child. Use your own lawyer for that contract. Don't use someone you've known as the surrogate. Make sure any miscarriage would be medically evidenced by YOUR doctor.

It should go without saying, but ABSOLUTELY no visitation rights for the surrogate.

Hire a lawyer, fly to a 3rd world country of your ethnic preference, stable preferably, eastern Europeans are known for this, hire a surrogate mother, there's plenty of companies in eastern Europe that provide that service, you can even chose the physical traits you'd want in the mother like, athletic, blond, blue eyes, with medical exams like, no drugs or alcohol consumer or smoker...

It can be done, but it's really expensive. What you're talking about here is buying some young woman's egg (those aren't cheap--it's not like a sperm bank) and then paying some woman (same woman or another one) to be your fetus' surrogate mother. This latter part is REALLY expensive, so unless you have or expect to have major disposable income, you're likely out of luck.
