The best interest of the child is very align to the interest of the mother and opposite to the interest of the father. Even the justice favors the father, they'll make sure maximum nuclear damage to the father and no scratch to the mother. I know this, my case is very strong to get my children...3 yrs, I'm still waiting for the FIRST hearing.

Coming up 3.5 years since I've seen my son.
Give up on the court stuff mate, you'll never get anywhere.
Took me 2 years of trying, all the solicitor and barrister fees, all my savings, my health...

I'm thinking the same, I mean giving up. Sometimes I need to learn when to give up. This isn't a movie where if you fight for your rights, in the end you'll be rewarded and be the hero. The more the court delay this (years) the more children want to live with their mother and the more time the mother have to brainwash my children.

You don't have to give up completely, it's very likely your kids will want to come and find you when they're older. I had to call a pause on things and give up temporarily to stop me from losing my mind.
The best and most honest advice I got from a barrister was give up now, don't bother trying. Unless your wife is a drug addict or prostitute you have no chance.
Of course I didn't listen to him and pushed on with legal applications and a bill for about £30,000 GBP.
All the legal stuff does is make you have false hope and not accept the inevitable, not let yourself move on and accept. It's painful to accept but it's healthier for you to swallow it as early as possible.
I got myself into a fair bit of trouble mentally by not accepting and that "keep fighting" attitude.
Call a pause and move on with your life and rebuild yourself. You can't fight the legal system because it isn't really about you and your ex wife. Its more you versus government / big players behind the government.
Walk away and you'll likely see your kids as they get older and come looking for you.
Also, take comfort in the fact that you aren't the only guy in this predicament, there are millions of Dads like you going through exactly the same.
And of course you, me and all the other estranged Dad's are deadbeats / abusers / toxic 🤡👍

I rebuilt myself 3yrs ago. Getting my children was part of it. I think you're right. I have to accept the fact that I have no chance. Yes, I have rights, money for lawyers but what can I do if the justice system ignore my plea. I'll just wait for them to grow up to find me or whatever. Government is really the center for incompetent people. Yet they have the power to destroy your life very easily. Thanks again
