If you've got the woman part squared away then you're in great shape. I wasn't there until about 24-25.

1: The next step is to elevate yourself. By acknowledging that your ability or inability to have sex with women does not directly determine your worth you start to look at your world and the other people in it differently. The guy that cannot get laid is not a loser. The guy swimming in pussy is not the champion you once thought he was.

2: This is usually a good idea to have in place beforehand, and you may already. Read. Foster a culture of indulging your interests. Read books on those interests. Culture yourself. Become well read on topics people have very little understanding of but like to speak about like they're experts. I suggest learning about the Sykes Picot situation and how it directly influences your current world reality. Read about Osama bin Laden. Explore the world around you and why it functions the way it does. Expand your intellect.

If you want to "compete" play rugby or any other adult competitive sport not centered around the idea of getting pussy. You'll recognize a new hierarchy of your life. Really get into yoga. If you've done that, try something like doing that same mountain on the cusp of winter, or in winter. You'll recognize real quickly how small you are and how big you can become.

4: Practice abstaining from psychoactive compounds. I'm talking about everything from coffee and nicotine to alcohol and psychedelics. Your brain and body is still in the growing phase. You might feel like a man because you've conquered pussy but can you conquer yourself? You'll soon find out how difficult it is to stop using whatever you use. You might even hamster on the reasons why you should t need to stop anything. But if you do, You'll find out how dependent you are on a chemical not being supplied by your own body. You'll find out how dependent you are on an outside influence. You'll discover how you weren't really living in the frame you thought was yours.

Utilize principles taught here as a framework, but pave your own path. If you're not happy with the rules society has set up for you, break them, or better yet, change them. Challenge yourself as a man. You'll come to find out you're nothing but a puppy adrift in a world of wild fucking animals.

Expose yourself to reality, to the threat of failure, to the threat of injury. And then, go back to the world of easy pussy and ask yourself, is this where I should be looking for a challenge?

Congrats! You've reached the "unlocked" phase. Picture your life like a video game... You've just unlocked what could be called "unlimited women" and this is very lucrative. Once this is achieved, you can focus on other things, like going to the gym more often as you said. Focus more on your career. Learn a new language. Travel. Read. Learn to play an instrument. Learn carpentry. Learn how to dance. Etc. At the same time, don't lose your involuntarily lose touch with women. This is the point where you really move on to other things to advance yourself, because let's be honest: there are only two things in life that will put powerful men on their backs, and those are sleep and women.
