Throw your self at this problem repeatedly. Drive in a safe area (parking lot), move your way up to residential streets, then to roads, and eventually highways.

I use to face crippling social anxiety and I got over it much the same way. Started will brief small talk and now I have no problems presenting to hundreds of people at the company I work at.

Once you expose yourself to your fears and anxieties so many times your mind and body adjusts and it no longer becomes a fear.

The best way to deal with anxiety is to face it voluntarily a bit at a time. Start by just driving around an empty parking lot or just around the block and slowly build up your courage.

Keep pushing on learning how to drive. If you don't want to go to college then you need to pursue a trade. Until you are able to drive on your own, use Uber to get to work or school. Keep pushing yourself, never give up, never let up. Push until you achieve success in everything you set out to do for yourself. Nobody else will do that for you, because the world is harsh and basically everyone is only focused on themselves. Once you understand that, internalize it. it's actually pretty liberating because it means that you have to only prioritize yourself and your own needs for many years. Once you're successful you can decide to help others, but you can't do that until you can help yourself first. This next 10 years or so you should only be focusing on you.

Need a vehicle these days. Unless you’re rich and can afford a driver. Most people I’ve talked to tell me the degree is useless most employers will take years of experience over a piece of paper. Get certifications and licenses.
