Learn to establish boundaries early and stick to them. You will lose every single woman that you are unwilling to walk away from. This has happened to me a couple of times. I simply don't let them contact me any more. Block everything. Drives them crazy.

I then focus on myself and all the things I've been denying myself because of the relationship I was in. You'll be surprised all how much you have sacrificed.
