I have been noticing more and more that the so called heterosexual female population responds far better to the flirtations from lesbians than they do the advances of hetero(toxic, CIS-gendered) males. Physical touches appear to be welcome, they even go as far as to exchange phone numbers and explore ideas of further contact with them. However, if you are a man that genuinely wishes to develop from from platonic to possible relationship status, you will receive nothing but shade. After seeing the interaction between and obviously butch lesbian and a girl we both know to have a boyfriend, we have a brief discussion of our observation in the break room. I mean, what the fuck is going on? Do they actually hate us that much? How do we come back from this sad state of affairs?
