When you are authentic, you see how superficial most things and people are. Almost no one ever attempts to genuinely empathize with you and your struggles. Inauthentic people are very deliberate. Every thing they do is framed to give off the illusion that they are living a perfect life and that the things they do command the attention of everyone. Social media has exposed how all women, at least in this day and age, are completely inauthentic. Everything, not just their relationships with men, is meant to make them look good and benefit them. When you truly understand yourself and are thus authentic, only you know and can do what makes you happy.
