They are chosen for having a vagina. I’m an airline pilot and I can’t tell you how many women get hired at really good airlines with significantly less flight time experience than their male counterparts.

It's simply insane to trust hundreds of lives and aircrafts costing hundreds of millions of dollars to subpar pilots and yet it happens all the time.
