First off, read the sidebar and start relating what you are reading to things you have experienced and seen, you will probably find that dots start joining together.

If you can't get through the little bit of information in the sidebar you aren't ready to 'believe in this subreddit'

The best posters have flair, but also, every person has a history, take some time and read up on the things they are posting over time and draw your own conclusions.

Do the work, that is what 90% of TRP is about anyways.

There is no shortcut. If you can identify 'anger and slighter delusional thinking' then bypass it.

Again, the sidebar has most of the information compiled over time by this group that is valid and worth researching, do not ignore it for what is 'new and hot'

There's really only like three things you ever need to know:

1.Always increase your value as a man. 2. Know and stand up for your non negotiables. 3. Spin more plates.

As you put hours into it, it'll be like a jump shot to a basketball player: yes you'll know you need to have the ball above the elbow, eye on the basket and follow through but it'll just happen seamlessly.

Go apply it. Don't get involved in the nitty gritty of the sub, there's too much shit of little value on here. Read The sidebar, read Rollo Tommassi, read Illimitable Men, listen to The Black Phillips Show on youtube. Start lifting 5x5, running is great too.

People who act learn exponentially faster than those who read, so application is imperative. Just jump in, don't expect results of meaning for at least a month or three.
