I did this in my 20s. I learned how to dj and produced. I got tired of trying to get booked and getting my friends booked for shows so I started throwing my own parties, running my own label and having my own crew of djs. After we did our own shows I had no problem getting my team booked across the region. There were no problems getting laid and paid on Friday and Saturday night. I made my own thing and the promoters and women came knocking. I gave it up when I had a kid and tried some other entrepreneurial projects, but those were some of the best days of my life.

Nice advice, nice reasoning, but empty insofar as practical application, the how.

I agree, I've actually done what you've said. I worked and was raised in big, big business, and became an entrepreneur, now attempting serial investor. The payoff, though less than playing corporate right now is higher than anything I could've imagined considering freedom of choice and freedom from being controlled.

You should repost this with examples of the how. That'd be awesome.

where can you get people that do coding work for you? i've been looking for one for the past 2 weeks.. what i need is pretty simple
