You missed the point.
Xavier wanted Logan to protect her because:
There aren't any other mutants left.
He feels guilty for killing mutants during his first seizure at the school.
He cannot do it himself.
Logan is literally the only person around even semi-capable of doing it against a large, armed force.
All this DNA business is just Xavier trying to convince someone who's been emotionally battered to such shit he doesn't care about anyone else but Xavier.
There's no TRP lesson here. If Mystique or Summers or whoever was around, Xavier would default to them.

Pretty much. Also, I don't know about you guys, but I really like the part of redpill about taking other people under our wing and helping them, so I dunno, if this happened to me late in life and I was economically secure, I'd probably adopt the clone.

Sacrificing oneself for the greater good in the context of the movie was good. Plus that little girl was fucking remarkable. I love her first fight scene when the soldiers enter the warehouse where Logan and Xavier were hiding and she was calm like she knew she would fuck them up. It was a great movie.

When cereal is more important than taking on an army of armed assailants, you know you might just be overpowered.

What is this, girly movie hipster review time? GET OUT.

Every movie from Hollyweird is going to advance the feminist, new world order agenda. It's still worth calling it out, but don't expect any revelations from watching a mass-market opiate.

What kind of kid bullshit are you spewing! OP is right and you're wrong. What a joke, you're all about feeewings. GET OUT.

True, the reasons you listed are correct but from a story-line context and a movie doesn't only transmits concepts overtly.
I believe there are multiple attempts of leverage on Logan's sense of fatherhood by Xavier and the nurse, insisting that she's Wolderine's biological child. What was the need of pressing, when all the reasons you listed were enough?
As I think product placement works if you're not aware of it, some may assume that somebody born using your DNA must be your son. I'm not saying there is an hidden plan, just that the concept is portrayed and we should be aware of it.

Pay no attention to the retard losers making and upvoting disagreeable comments, OP; you're spot on. Welcome to the truth.

Disagree. Wolverines a smart guy. Shes his biological daughter. If he was asked to protect the other kids who werent biologically his then yes. Plus he has proof that its his. Not only that she was created against his will. Its not like he donated his sperm to a sperm bank. They stole the DNA from the Alkali lake facility.
These shaming tactics are used against betas to raise kids that arent there own. Or women that trap them with Pregnancies.

Also what a joke of feminist bullshit. That little girl throwing a tantrum will never be as good as wolverine. But all these little girls standing in front of the bull think they're so strong and brave.

You got it wrong. Logan was the only one capable of taking care of Laura. There were no other known mutants that can protect her. Sure he was forced but it was because Charles Xavier was his number one priority. The movie teachers TRP through Logan's not give a fuck attitude and his commitment to things that he knew it was a pain in the ass to do but HAD to do it for the greater good.
Forget the asshats commenting in your thread OP, you're spot on. This kind of shit is in virtually all "entertainment" media.
