Adultery by a military spouse ought to be a criminal offence- it's already an offence when committed by the soldier, and arguably it's far more pernicious. Countless times enemy broadcasts and pamphlets have taunted soldiers that their wives are cheating on them back home- it's a mainstay of demoralisation attempts for a very good reason.
