Do something that is 'hands on', as muscle memory will supplement brain memory. Don't underestimate your bodies ability to find a way to do even seemingly complex tasks.

A LOT of drivers are retarded morons, but they still manage because while their bodies remember how to do it their brains don't.

You can overcome most of your supposed shortcomings. Short term memory problems can be helped by writing stuff down. Same with complex tasks. Train yourself to take notes. Write lists, etc. Almost any trade you get into is going to require problem solving skills. Everything you've mentioned is used in problem solving. Start off as a laborer, and build your confidence off of the simple tasks, then challenge yourself to take on gradually more complex things. From what you wrote, you are concentrating on what you Can't. So that. Focus on what you CAN, and build grim there. Good luck.

Any trade that interests you. When you do something for a few months you are bound to be absolute shit at it no offense, but if you stick with it for 5+ years no matter what your handicap is you are going to be a dam pro at whatever your trade is. As long as you apply yourself and try, simply try to learn you will. Best of luck.
